Frequently asked questions

We aim to dispatch your items within 5-7 working days for general orders, and dispatch with Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched with tracking information. For custom orders, a production schedule will be provided at time of order and an approximate date of completion given. The item will then be dispatched via the above method unless otherwise discussed for your requirements.

Product issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Any items damaged in transit through delays from the carrier cannot be held responsible. Where damage does occur, a replacement product will be sent where possible for general orders. Should you wish for a refund, your case will be considered on a case by case basis. As all items are handmade, there may be small discrepancies between items and some colours may vary slightly due to supplier changes or screen resolution/colour setting differences. Page Turning Treasure will not offer a replacement in these incidences.

Items are dispatched with Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. The service aims to deliver the item within 2-3 working days and provides tracking of your item. For more information, please see Royal Mail's website. International Orders: Parcels are shipped with Royal Mail International Tracked service. The service aims to deliver items within 3-5 days for Europe destinations and 6-7 business days for the USA. Please note that parcels may be subject to local customs taxes and charges which will need to be paid before delivery. Page Turning Treasure is not liable for these fees. For custom orders, a timeframe will be given for production at time of ordering and items will be dispatched as above unless another service has been requested/preferred.

If you are considering a custom order from Page Turning Treasure for bookmarks, stickers or bookplates: Please contact me via page-turning-treasures@outlook.com (page-turning-treasures@outlook.com)for initial information, full price list and to discuss your requirements. You can also read the product description on the website's shop section marked 'custom orders' and pay the £25 design fee in a quantity as required. Please read all information carefully before purchasing. £25 is required PER item type. For example: Custom Stickers (up to 3 designs) & a Double Sided Bookmark Design would be £50 in total for the design fee. Design fees are NON REFUNDABLE once design work has commenced. This is to cover my time spent working on your design exclusively and also covers any associated prototype costs. A simple contract of agreement for mutual protection will be issued and is required to be read, signed and returned before design work will be commenced. Your final order price will vary on quantity of products required, with guidance pricing given at time of enquiry. Final cost of products will ultimately depend on dimensions for stickers and bookplates, but will be discussed at final design proof stage and will be in line with the guidance pricing. Please note: Custom Bookmarks and Stickers have a minimum order quantity of 10. The final invoice for your products will be given upon the approval of final design proofs and prototype photos/videos. Production of your custom products will begin on receipt of payment. An approximate production timeframe will be given at time of order. You will find detailed terms of agreement in the contract you will have been provided. Final payment is to be made by bank transfer for custom orders. Please do not purchase from the general store for custom items, as there is a dedicated custom price list for bulk orders.
